Name of nearest TOWN: Obrien, Oregon
Name of nearest ROAD: Hwy 199
Weather CONDITIONS: Cold Clear

The ENCOUNTER:

Saw him at about 80 feet -viewed him from the back and he was over 10′ 800-900 lbs all muscle, long, lean arms, massive shoulders, tiny waist, dark Charcoal Smokey Grey- saw alot of skin…, drove pass him about 8 feet 12 mph- not a care in the world. Scared me, amazed me…. exact spot on 199 has a creek coming off the Hill- Monkey Creek. Almost 1AM in the morning. Feb 2006-
